Organizational Leadership Structure
WORUDET is guided by a well-defined leadership structure comprising a Board of Trustees, Board of Directors and a dedicated Management Team.
At the helm of the Management Team, known as The Secretariat, is the Executive Director. Within this dynamic leadership framework, key roles are assigned to individuals who contribute synergistically to the organization’s mission and goals.
The Executive Director oversees the comprehensive operations of the organization and is supported by a capable team including a Program Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Officer, Assistant Project Officer, Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager/Administrative Officer and a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer.
Each member of this team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation of initiatives and the fulfillment of our vision.
